About

Dr. Kennedy Ndamba, DPT

Home care is complex, regulated, and deeply human. Too often, it’s approached without clarity, structure, or respect for the responsibility it carries.

I’m Dr. Kennedy Ndamba, a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, home care operator, and healthcare entrepreneur. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public and Professional Writing—ensuring that complex systems and regulations can be communicated clearly to everyone from clinicians to agency leaders.I lead Keka Rehab Services, partnering with over 25 agencies and delivering 10,000+ visits annually. I’ve seen what happens when care is done right—safer care, stronger teams, and organizations that endure.

My work sits at the intersection of:

Track Record

I’m the founder of Keka Rehab Services, a staffing agency partnering with over 25 agencies, and together we’ve impacted the care of hundreds of patients. I’ve seen what happens when home care is built on shortcuts—burnout, audit risk, poor outcomes, and erosion of trust. I’ve also seen what’s possible when systems are designed with intention: safer care, stronger teams, and organizations that last.

What I Stand For

I don't teach hacks.
I don't promote growth without accountability.
I don't separate business success from patient care.
Instead, I translate complex regulations into practical action, help clinicians understand the systems they work in, and guide leaders toward sustainable, compliant, patient-centered models.
This work is about stewardship—of people, professions, and trust.

That philosophy powers everything I build, including Mastering Home Care.
